Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1 KJV)The scripture text starts with Now faith... Faith is current. It is not just for yesterday. It is for today. Faith is present and active. GOD gives us faith to believe in JESUS Christ our Lord and Savior. He also gives us faith to walk therein. JESUS is on the inside of believers by His Spirit. He helps us to walk by faith. Let every step that we take be a step of faith, knowing that GOD is with us on this Christian journey.
