And as He entered into a certain village, there met Him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when He saw them, He said unto them, Go show yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, … and he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole. (Luke 17:12-15, 19 KJV Bible, Thomas Nelson 2016)
What is the difference between physical healing and wholeness? Physical healing may be evident to others. Wholeness is not realized at first glance. Wholeness is experienced by the individual, whether others notice it or not. Wholeness concerns spiritual well being. A person can be whole though they have a physical illness. (This, wholeness, lasts forever. We are made whole in a relationship with our heavenly Father, through faith in JESUS; our sin is forgiven and we are made new.) Physical health may last for a period of time, or throughout our natural life span. Physical healing affects the natural, but it has no bearing on the person’s spiritual health. Thank GOD for healing our sin sick soul and making us whole. In JESUS’ Name. Amen.
Do you know JESUS as Savior and Lord? Receive Him into your life Today. You may say the following prayer, or you may use your own words: Thank You, Father GOD, for sending Your Son JESUS to die for the sins of the world. Thank You, JESUS, for dying on the Cross for me. I ask that You forgive me of my sin. Please come into my life. Help me to live for You. Thank You Father GOD for saving me. In JESUS’ Name. Amen.
If you said the prayer, and meant it in your heart, Welcome to the Family of GOD.
Continue in The Lord. In all that you say and do, let others see JESUS in you. Praise GOD for JESUS. Amen.
