If ye continue in My word, then ye are My disciples indeed; (John 8:31b KJV Bible (c)2016 by Thomas Nelson) Disciples are learners. We are to continue learning and growing in The Lord. Disciples of JESUS follow Him. We serve and obey GOD. Being a disciple of JESUS is part of our relationship with Him. Our faith walk goes beyond conversion. Pastor Michael Youssef stated how when people are married, and say their vows, they do not say “I do” and stop doing. Likewise, our relationship with JESUS starts at conversion and continues. Our commitment to JESUS is to be exhibited as we put to practice what we say we believe. As disciples of JESUS, we walk as He walked. (see 1 John 2:6) Let us show the world JESUS in us, by following Him.We need JESUS. Amen.
